“It’s Our Response Ability” is a short seminar that examines the true system, its operation and production of racism and bigotry in America. During this event we will unpack the psychology of human behavior in relation to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.
We’ll also be discussing:
- What need does racist behavior meet?
- What is the goal of racist behavior?
- What does this behavior suggest from a racist point of view?
- How do victims interpret racism?
Our e-learning experience is for people who want to understand the psychology of racism and it’s negative effect on our interpersonal relationships.
