Understanding that impulsivity in young individuals often stems from limited experience and an underdeveloped ability to assess risks, the program addresses these issues through relatable scenarios that reflect common middle and high school situations. By engaging students in a group-based question-and-answer format, we foster communication, teamwork, and active participation, thereby enhancing their retention of information and application to real-life situations (in school and outside of school).
