
Ernest Crim III is an Emmy-nominated producer, author and award-winning public educator who bridges cultural gaps and promotes social justice by facilitating workshops, writing, and creating content that centers overlooked historical narratives. Through his social media platforms, he reaches more than 5 million people a month and has partnered with companies and organizations such as CBS, HBO, HULU, Disney, Paramount, and the History Channel to advance justice-related historical narratives. Additionally, as a former classroom teacher and current CEO of Crim’s Cultural Consulting LLC, he has spoken at Harvard University, the University of Chicago, Crate & Barrel, Microsoft, Colin Kaepernick’s Know Your Rights Camp, and audiences in the U.K. and Canada. Ernest, who is also a member of Equity and Transformation and a Proteential facilitator, has also worked closely with organizations to advocate for reparations, educational and political equity, mental health awareness, and food justice, among various other issues.
Ernest currently resides in the Chicago area with his wife and four daughters.

David Woods Bartley is a globally recognized mental health advocate who has delivered over 800 presentations across four continents. A two-time TEDx speaker and Steinberg Institute Mental Health Champion, David shares his journey from mental “hellness” to mental wellness, inspiring diverse audiences to transform their approach to mental health. His mission is to bring conversations about mental health into the open, offering hope and practical strategies for individuals and organizations.
His life having been saved, David is committed to moving the conversation about suicide, male sexual trauma, and mental illness from the dark shadows where they now live to the forefront of public concern. In doing so, his mission is to shine a bright light on the crisis we now face and open doors to the possibility of mental health for everyone, everywhere.Currently, David is a member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the International Association for Youth Mental Health, and the National Storytelling Network’s Healing Story Alliance. In addition, David holds certifications in Mental Health First Aid for Adults and Youth, SafeTALK (Suicide Awareness for Everyone), and the suicide prevention technique known as QPR (Question, Persuade, and Refer).

Rachael Yoder is a facilitator, actor, and educator specializing in experiential learning. With an MFA in Acting and a robust background in applied theater, she uses scenario-based training to enhance leadership, communication, and social-emotional skills. As Founder & Principal Consultant at Human(ity) Resources LLC, Rachael partners with corporate clients and nonprofits to design interactive learning experiences that promote critical thinking and real-world application. She has led workshops and multi-week leadership development programs in complex, highly regulated industries such as healthcare and nuclear power, equipping learners with hands-on leadership skill practice in a supportive environment. Rachael also serves on the leadership team of The Outer Loop Theater Experience, where she develops arts-based initiatives that drive social impact. Through this work, she has helped facilitate the construction of a hospital, four wells, and a community market in rural Tanzania, using storytelling and performance to amplify community needs and mobilize resources for sustainable development.
