GROWING PAINS
“Earning Wages” and “Making Money” (Part 2)
In the last post we established a plummet line between “Earning Wages” and “Making Money.”
It was stated that:
An individual who is “Earning Wages” has to be physically present in order for he or she to receive income from an employer or from a client.
An individual who is “Making Money” does not have to be physically present to receive income. He or she is leveraging their intellectual property to bring money into their store house.
We also established that:
The forty- hour work week is also an old paradigm that NEEDS BE done away with.
A professional who has a high level of competency concerning his or her craft does not need forty hours to perform at the abundant level.
Time is money….
Many of us have not experienced promotion in our personal and professionals lives because we are not consciously aware of the value of time. However, there are those whose conscious has become seared to the importance of time management. These individuals will “SPEND” their time with anyone, and doing anything. We seem to become time alert when it involves something that we want to do. However, everything we want to do may be permissible, but some things that are permissible are not EXPEDIENT…
Time managed is directly connected to PRIORITY…..
This is a time where we have to possess an “Investor” mindset. We have to move away from frivolously “SPENDING” our time on permissible expeditions.
For example….
If I gave you $200 dollars a day for five days and told you that every task, activity and conversation you were involved in was going to cost you an average of $25 dollars you will more than likely strategically choose how you spent your money.
Furthermore…
I would then tell you that at the end of the day you will need to have a minimum of $50 dollars left over in order to receive the additional $200 dollars for the next day. With these constraints in place you would definitely prioritize how you spent your money.
This is the hour to prioritize your thinking!
REVELATION: An “Investor” does not spend his time or money; he views every task, activity and conversation as an INVESTEMENT. He “INVESTS” his money into the lives of others. Conversely, his money is his time, and he utilizes what he has to propel others forward ON PURPOSE.
“Green Paper” is DIPOSABLE. Intellect is IMMUTABLE.
“Money” is a disposable item that is currently depreciating in value. “Money” is merely “Green Paper” that is exchanged for tangible products and items. “Money” or “Green Paper” is also exchanged for services, programs, processes and procedures that originate from “Intellect” better known as “Intellectual Capital” or “Intellectual Property.” This is where “Money” or “Green Paper” origin lies. This is the reason why we cannot afford to become engrossed with the objectivity of “Earning Wages.” In order to “Earn Wages” an individual must take up his residence at the “Work Place.” However, if the “Work Place” or organization vanishes what is he to do? What tangible ideas, products or programs does he have to hold on to? What does his family have to hold on to?
NOTHING…
Because he “SPENT” his “TIME” earning wages instead of “INVESTING” his time creating methods to “MAKE” money.
So…..
If I gave you $200 dollars for five days what you would “INVEST” your time doing and who would you “INVEST” your time with.

Earning Wages vs. Making Money
Herein lies your freedom…
Many have a misunderstanding concerning the thought of “Earning Wages” and “Making Money”. A mass majority of employees and entrepreneurs are caught up in the cycle of merely “Earning Wages.” Earning wages will provide you with mediocre living at best. In order for us to experience authentic-unadulterated freedom we must move away from this old paradigm.We must cultivate the art of making money through our creativity.
Let’s provide a bit of clarity pertaining to these two topics.
An individual who is “earning wages” has to be physically present in order for he or she to receive income from an employer or from a client.
An individual who is “making money” does not have to be physically present to receive income. He or she is leveraging their intellectual property to bring money into their store house.
We are in an era of time where intellectual property (IC) has multiplied in its value thus providing us with an enormous amount of leverage that has been realized by some. The latter half of this equation depicts intellectual property as an undiscovered or untapped source for those who are preoccupied with earning wages. Praise God that the veil has now been removed from our eyes.
In addition…

The forty- hour work week has been a part of our normative culture just as poverty, divorce, alcohol and drug abuse has been. Praise the Lord for CHANGE IS KNOCKING DOWN YOUR DOOR!
Let us not mistaken productivity (better known as busyness) for value my friends! What are you productive at?
Beware that one of the PROPER uses of the internet is to LEVERAGE knowledge, however many of us are attempting to leverage non-sense (cents) which holds no value. Non-sense equals no sense, and this is why common sense is not at all common.
Focus your attention on providing VALUE through the PROPER USE of technology because where there is HIS WILL THERE IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIGHT…

We Must Do Better
For something to be transferred it gives us the thought or connotation that the thing being transferred to someone else is for a specific purpose or was being misused or mishandled by its previous owner. What does this mean?
How can I personalize this statement to my current situation?
What adjustments do I need to make?
All legit questions we should be asking ourselves….
This is a very profound and power-packed statement that can be allocated to every phase of life.
Spiritually – Mentally – Physically – Emotionally – Socially – Financially
It is accurate for me to say that many of us have missed out on opportunities because we weren’t content or appreciative of the person, place , position or possession that God had brought into our lives.
Relationships…
This is true with regards to relationships with our family, friends, co-workers, etc. Many remain in a poverty mindset concerning these matters because their minds have yet to be renewed by His Spirit. Someone (A STRONG MAN) has placed a bushel over their candle stick with an pessimistic attitude or a negative conversation. This can result in a poverty which can be defined as the misappropriation of one’s resources. When we don’t know the purpose for the creation of a thing, we will abuse it. Be it family, job, career, money, relationships, etc. Conversely, if the resources are not applied then wastes ensues. Now is a time for right application with the things God has released to us.
There have been times where we have misappropriated our resources because we haven’t been quickened to realize that He has ordained us to be property managers. We desire to have more, we desire to be better, we desire to be greater, but have yet to take account of what He has placed in our hands.
In order for us to be better, we must think better. We need the Mind of God concerning every matter that concerns us.
We must become content with the things He has bestowed upon us. Envy and covetousness surfaces when we look out outside ourselves at what someone’s has. However, we have no knowledge of how they are maintaining their garden or what process they have endured or are enduring. Nor do we realize that our gifts are on loan from Our Father.
We must cultivate the art of gratitude and thanksgiving because The Lord has given us gifts that are fully functional. Jeasously, spite and coveteousness occurs because some have not been made aware to the truth that their gifts function according to the measure that God has distributed to the individual. Therefore, looking out on what someone has is a comparison that is not benefical to the advancement of the Kingdom. This takes the focus off of God and the plan He has for your life, and the lives He wants to use YOU to change.

How can you be two places at once?
Today one of my students posed this question to me, “How can you be two places at once?” My immediate response was, “I can’t.” However, the Holy Spirit illuminated my understanding. I then realized indeed I can be in two, three, four or even five places at one time. How is this humanly possible? I t is not humanly possible, but it is possible by The Spirit.
I also shared with my student that if I trained and taught her everything I knew (Impartation) then she would be equipped to doing some of the things that were imparted. Though it may not be on the same platform or even at the same magnitude, nonetheless the wisdom, skill and experience can be expressed through her. In that, the gift would be customarily framed to fit the situation God would bring her into.
A few months back I shared this thought with one of my elders: In order to be successful in such a turbulent economy (in the natural), the providers of professional services are going to have to refine their teaching ability to equip their consumers (who are the partakers of the information dipensed) . Many of us possess associates, bachelors and masters degrees, but what is needed is a Spirit degree. With that being said many of us have been trained in a major and under a specific concentration. For example, an individual with a masters degree in business may have a concentration in accounting, human resources marketing, etc. This means little if the individual is not a teacher of his or her major and concerntration. We can no longer major on minors..
In this age providing a service is not enough, we (the producers) should be providing provision which is supply better known as SURPLUS. This is going to be done through teaching, training, coaching and consulting.

“Activate Your Ambidexterity”
Colossians 1:16 – 17
(v16) For by him were ALL things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, VISIBLE and INVISIBLE, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: (v 17) And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
We, the Body of Christ have come into the realization that the Kingdom of God is on the inside of US.
The Kingdom of God is not WITHOUT, it is WITHIN.
He is on the inside of you.
We possess a creative ability because IN HIM we live, move and have our BEING. It is not at all our doing that equips us to perform great exploits in the Earth, it was and is His doing. Therefore, everything we produce is for Him, for Our King to be glorified and exalted. Everything we consume and produce should be connected to PURPOSE, and if you are attempting to find your purpose.
!STOP IT!
Purpose is on the inside of you!
Our purpose and mandate is in Genesis 1:26.
Genesis 1:26 – And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
In order for this mandate to come into full realization we, the ENTIRE BODY OF CHRIST must cultivate our ambidexterity.
Ambidexterity: ambi, meaning “both,” and dexter, meaning “right” (as opposed to left) or favorable on both sides.
Ambidexter: two-sided, using both hands with equal facility (or dexterity).
Some words that are associated with facility and dexterity are: ability, competence , skillfulness or expertness.
REVELATION: Many items, devices and products that are available for sale in the marketplace are manufactured for right-handed individuals.
Hmm….
There have been numerous scientific, medical studies and theories concerning ambidexterity. Studies have shown that the left half of the brain supersedes the right half of the brain. The truth of the matter is that the opposite sides of the body are controlled by the opposite sides of the brain. The left side of the brain controls the right side of the body while the right side of the brain controls the left side of the body which (NOT BY HAPPEN-CHANCE) CROSSESS-over one another. It is also not by coincidence or happen-chance that a mass majority of individuals are right-handed and many of our products are geared towards right-handed individuals.
Continuing on…
The left side of the brain functions in a natural, analytic and organizational capacity. In contrast, the right side of the brain operates at a creative, artistic and spiritual level.
In order for the Body of Christ to operate at a fully-functional level we must activate BOTH sides of our brain.
! We must have a synergetic-symmetrical habit of thought!
