Another Session in the History Books!

We just wrapped up a fantastic U&I Creates Unity facilitation with the Joliet Central Girls Flag Football team!

In our 1-hour session with 28 amazing girls, we covered essential topics such as motivation, accountability, understanding your role, being a team player on and off the field, self-esteem, and stress management.

The energy was incredible, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive!

Our session included engaging discussions and a hands-on team-building exercise that truly brought everyone together.
