Why do some small businesses fail?

Recently, we’ve read several articles that described why some small businesses fail. From growing too fast to poor execution to ineffective marketing.

The list goes on and on… 

These all are indeed FACTS. However all FACTS are subject to change when principles are involved. Principles are “FUND-A-MENTAL” truths that serve as the foundation for building a business.

In order for your business to weather the economical storm of inconsistency, your foundation must be built on principles, and not facts.

So… 

Really, why do some small businesses fail?

LACK OF HUMAN CAPITAL: In the multitude of counsel there is safety.

Wisdom is the principal thing. Wisdom comes from “PEOPLE” known as “HUMAN CAPITAL” who have a proven business model, skill, or expertise in a given area. These people are called, “SPECIALISTS.” Specialists specialize in a specific field of expertise.

Now…

Can you really afford to hire a specialist? 
Can you really afford not to hire a specialist?

Traditionally, you would consider hiring a specialist, but this would cost you MONEY that may not be in the budget.

So…

Wouldn’t you rather partner with a specialist who can help your business grow by providing FREE services?
