A shirt that is too tight is not comfortable nor is a shirt that is too big. We all need help taking off clothing that is too small for us. Our clothing speaks of our identity, and clothing that is too tight represents past experiences that no longer fit us. There are times when we have on clothing that feels comfortable because our past is a place of comfort.
Food for thought: When shopping if we are to get the RIGHT SIZE and have the look that fits who we are becoming, we need to take someone with us when we are looking for clothing (Our Identity).
