The Requirement: Think About it

Continuous education and training is essential to the improvement and development of our individual lives and the lives of our organizations. There will always be a demand placed on the level of continuous education and training REQUIRED. The question is: Are you exercising the muscle (the mind) which will enable you to pinpoint the need for continuous education and training before that need surfaces?

THE ISSUE: Requirements – Something demanded or imposed as an obligation.

Better defined as…  The social force that binds you to the courses of action demanded by that force {John D. Rockefeller}.

When “REQUIREMENTS” are viewed as obligation we interpret them as tasks which for most us are burdensome, needless and overrated. Only when it affects our houses directly will we take action which in actuality is a defensive mindset.

There is the “SOCIAL FORCE” that demands for us to continue our education, training and development. In times past and present we have become so accustomed to identifying the physical manifestation of an issue. This situation has debased our capability to see issues before they surface.

Do not wait for the problem to arise before you take action, prepare yourself for what has been prepared for you to. Be proactive in your exploits.

THINK ABOUT IT….

Our fast paced society has us keeping up with the Smiths, the Johnsons, and the Jones. Are any of these people thinking?

THINK ABOUT THINKING…

How much time do you dedicate to thinking about your continuous training and education?
How much time do you dedicate to thinking about your day?
How much time do you dedicate to thinking about your life?
How much time do you dedicate to thinking about a problem?
How much time do you dedicate to thinking about a solution to that problem?
How much time do you dedicate to thinking about The One who is the Creator of the problem and the solution?

THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT…

Are you just doing things that are required or are you doing things that are inspired?
